We’ll recommend a price, marketing strategy and how we can get the very best sale. More than that, though: every viewing will be conducted by one or both of the directors, who you will have personally met.
It’s important to establish who you’ll be dealing with beyond valuations and viewings. Selling your home can be complicated at the best of times, and it’s easy to feel you’re losing control.
